The cost of delivery is from 12 USD (depending on the country of the recipient and the weight of the parcel). Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 4 weeks on average. If you do not receive the package within 8 weeks - we will make a full refund (including shipping cost).

Returns
180 day - During this time frame, we can only accept unused products in their original packaging.
Please contact with us and tell us the original order number.
We will refund, after receiving and inspecting the product, the purchase price.
Please note that the processing of returns may currently take up to a few week after we have received your parcel.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Exception: If we made a mistake in the description, order configuration or the product is defective - we will compensate also for the return delivery.

Warranty
Products with a manufacturer's warranty:

DT SWISS products are covered by a legal warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
